For assistance with individual visa applications, The London Link offers 3 levels of service depending on your requirements:
1) Consultation only (£160+VAT) - we will record and obtain details of your case, review the documents you provide during the 60 minute consultation, answer your questions plus email advice as a follow up.
2) Eligibility assessment (£300+VAT) - we will provide further assistance in order to help you submit your own application, although this will be without our representation, completion or submission of your application. Up to 2 face to face meetings to advise and review all documents and the application you prepare yourself, plus advice in writing.
3) Full support and representation - if you decide to take up 2) and subsequently instruct us for 3), a further fee of £400 - £1,200 +VAT is payable depending on the urgency, complexity, type of application we deal with on your behalf, number of dependents, also any specific requirements / requests you may have from us.

For example, a fast-track application to be submitted to the UK Border Agency for same-day consideration will attract a higher fee, compared with a postal application.
All paid advice will be provided by an experienced OISC Level 3 advisor or solicitor on our team who will be your dedicated caseworker, together with a casework manager.

For employers hiring non-EEA nationals
If you decide to instruct us for your company’s sponsor licensing and Tier 2 visa application/s, the process we can undertake with you is as follows.
We offer staged payments for each of the following tasks i.e. payment is required when you instruct us to undertake work for each stage of the process.
Eligibility assessment - we will obtain relevant information about your
company, advise you in writing on the rules and requirements for
Sponsorship, Sponsor responsibilities and roles to appoint, documentation required for the registration and a review of these documents to ensure UKBA
compliance.
Our fee: £450 + VAT which includes phone / face to face
consultation/s at your office, email and phone advice, plus a review of
documents via fax or email.
Before registering for a license, it may be practical at the same time to
assess your potential Tier 2 applicant's eligibility for a Tier 2 visa and the applicant's immigration history.
This is done by reviewing the applicant’s background, full time role at your company and documents in support of the application.
Our fee: £350 + VAT which includes a phone / face to
face consultation with the applicant, plus email and phone advice)
Registration - we can complete and submit your online application and make
representations on your behalf to the UKBA in order to obtain a Certificate
of Sponsorship for the applicant.
Our fee: £200 + VAT
Compliance visits: if it becomes necessary for us to visit your office in
order to vet non-EEA employee records for compliance with UK Border Agency
requirements and Sponsor licensing, we will, with your consent, do so
before submitting the application (a separate fee may apply here depending
on the number of employee records).
Once a license is obtained and a Certificate of Sponsorship issued, the
employee (and dependents if any) will be required to make separate
applications to the UKBA for a Tier 2 visa (and Tier 2 dependent visas).
Our fee: £400 - £500 +VAT for the main applicant
For companies registered in the UK, a 20% VAT will be chargeable on top of our fee.
There are UKBA fees applicable for a Tier 2 sponsor license (£310 for a small company/sponsor, £1,025 for a large company/sponsor), a Certificate of Sponsorship to be issued (£175 per CoS) and for a Tier 2 application.
The UKBA fee for a Tier 2 application will differ, depending on whether the application
- is submitted in-country via the post or the premium / fast track service,
- is submitted to an overseas visa application centre to be considered by the overseas British post.
All paid advice will be provided by an experienced OISC Level 3 immigration advisor or solicitor who deals with Sponsorship matters and will be your dedicated caseworker, together with a business casework manager.
