Do-it-Yourself
Immigration Guides
The UK immigration system is undergoing the greatest shake up in 45
years, with the roll out of the Points Based System (PBS). Whereas
there were previously more than 80 different routes to moving to the
UK, there will be, in the near future, only five main routes under the
PBS.
It is our aim to simplify, wherever possible, the immigration process
for those who intend to take a practical DO-IT-YOURSELF approach to
making their own applications.
If you are residing outside of the UK and thinking of working, setting
up business or studying in the UK, you will need to be informed of the
immigration requirements you have to fulfil before entering the
country. We are pleased to offer these simple immigration guides to
those who wish to do their own research, or file their own application.
We believe that some immigration applications can be straightforward
and do not always require the services of an immigration practitioner,
provided applicants can clearly fulfil the requirements for making the
application. Overseas applications for Tier 1 Entrepreneurs, Tier 1 for
Post Study Worker and student visa applications are such examples.
We endeavour to update this guide whenever there is a change of
immigration rules and requirements with regards to this particular
immigration route. However there may be occasions where there will be a
lag between when the new rules/requirements are published and when we
revise our guides. To alleviate this issue, we will wherever possible,
send you timely email updates on the relevant changes when you purchase
a guide from us.
Please note that these guides only apply to non-EEA nationals resident
outside of the UK.
Upon purchase, these
guides will be delivered to you in a hard copy format and via the post.
Purchase price will also include email updates of any changes/revisions
specific to the immigration category, for three months.
We accept payments
via PayPal. Please note that the promotional price of each guide
