| Terms of Business for The London Link™ |
| These are our standard terms of business that will apply to any consultancy services that we supply to you or to any Client of yours and these terms will be deemed to be accepted unless we agree alternative terms in writing signed by us. |

We are JOYCE ONG LIMITED t/a The London Link of 23 The Avenue, Surbiton, Surrey KT 58 JW, United Kingdom and the terms “we”, ”us” and “our” apply to JOYCE ONG LIMITED. You are our client and the terms “you” and “your” apply to you. |
|

“Client” means any client of yours or any third party to whom we provide the Services. |
|
| |
“Services” means the provision of our services for the purposes of providing immigration advice and other services as stated in our communication. |
|

| Our Terms of Business are as follows: |

| 1. |

We are a specialist service provider with expertise in immigration advice, Immigration services and career support. |
|
| 2. |
|
Our standard rates of charge are as mentioned in the current Fee Schedule. |
|
|
| Records of Work |
 |
| 3. |
|
We shall keep a record of the work we undertake and shall provide to you at the end of each week during performance of the Services or at the end of each phase of the deliverables as appropriate a record of our work for your review together with a record of the time spent to that point. |
|
|
| Insurance and Indemnity |
 |
| 4. |
|
We carry professional indemnity insurance to a limit of £250,000. |
|
| 5. |
|
We will indemnify you against any direct loss claim or damages including costs arising from any breach of this agreement or any negligent or unlawful act or omission by us up to the limit specified in clause 4, but not further or otherwise (except where liability cannot be limited by law). We will provide to you evidence of such insurance upon request. We shall not be liable for damages arising from our termination of the Services requirement or our failure to provide the Services if such termination or failure arises by reason of Force Majeure events or your own breach of these terms. |

|
The London Link is a registered UK immigration advisor regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). We abide by the OISC Code of Standards and required competence levels as such. |
|
| 7. |
|
All Services provided by us will be provided on the following basis: |

prompt, efficient and professional using our own skill and expertise in good faith and with due care during the period of providing Services; |

 |
upon termination of any Services we shall deliver up to you or your Client all materials of yours or your Client in our possession. |
|
| 8. |
|
To the extent required to enable us to perform the Services efficiently, you must allow us access to such information and provide such other details as are reasonable given the nature of the Services requirement. |
|
| 9. |
|
We reserve the right to inform you of any changes to our fee schedule at any time. |
|
|
| Complaints Procedure and Refund Policy for the Provision of Immigration Services |

| 10. |
|
We will endeavour to provide you with qualified, professional and personal service at all times in our working relationship with you. If you have a complaint about our service, please email or call us during UK office hours and we will personally address your complaint within 1 working day of our receipt of your call/email. We will do our best to resolve your complaint within 7 working days. |

However if you feel we have not resolved your complaint after this time, and wish to terminate our Services to you, please write to us (stating your reason/s for doing so) if you would like us to refund your payment back to you. |

| 13. |

If you terminate our Services under clause 11 above then a refund of your payment (minus payment for Services already rendered, communication and other reasonable 3rd party expenses paid), together with all hardcopy documents you have submitted to us, will be sent back to you within 30 days of your written request for a refund. Communication expenses can include overseas phone calls, postage/courier charges, travel and payment transaction fees. |

Please note that refunds from complaints only applies to the period in which these Services are being provided to you. |
|
| 15. |
|
Refunds for reasons other than dissatisfaction with our services can only be given at our discretion and on a case by case basis. |
|
|
| Cooling Off Period |
 |
| 16. |
|
You are entitled to cancel the Services within 7-days of your accepted order or request for the Services (cooling off period). Services will be deemed to have been ordered and the order accepted from the day you receive our letter of confirmation or client care letter. |
|

You can cancel the Services by writing to us (stating reason/s for doing so) in order to claim a refund of fees paid. A refund of your payment (minus communication and other reasonable 3rd party expenses paid), together with all hardcopy documents you have submitted to us, will be sent back to you within 30 days of your written request for a refund.

If you request that the Services commence before the above cooling off period expires, this right to cancel the Services ends when the Services commence. |

The London Link is a registered UK immigration advisor regulated by the OISC. As such, you can direct a complaint in writing at any time to : |

Copies of our fees schedule, the OISC Complaints Scheme, Complaints Form and Code of Standards for immigration advisors can be emailed or posted to you upon request. |

| Warranties |

We warrant that we shall not provide the Services unless an adequate description of the relevant requirements has been given to us and we are satisfied that we have the specialist skill and expertise to meet the requirement. |
|
|
| General Terms |

|
Ownership of the Rights in the object of any work undertaken by us in the provision of the Services (the “Rights”) and all materials documents and data supplied as part of the Services shall belong to us until payment by you of all sums due to us in relation to the relevant requirement for Services. To the extent that any Rights are not the property of us, the Rights shall pass to and belong to you or your Client. |

There is no intention to confer any third party rights other than those, if any, specifically conferred in this agreement or by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. |

| 24 |
|
Our agreement is not intended to and does not create or reflect a contract of services between any two parties referred to and there is no implied restraint upon us or our Representative in providing services to any other party. |
|
| 25 |
|
Each portion of this agreement, defined by punctuation, is separate, distinct and severable and to give meaning to the intention of the parties the Court may modify any portion that may otherwise be void; subject thereto, any void portion may be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in force. |
|

|
These terms are subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English Courts. |
