Joyce Ong~Fairfoull
The London Link™ was founded in 2005 by
Joyce Ong, a Singaporean and UK MBA graduate specialising in general
and strategic management. After many successful years in marketing and
business development, working for blue chip firms Credit Suisse and
American Express in Asia and Europe, Joyce decided to follow her dream
of running her own business.Having migrated to the UK under the Highly
Skilled Migrant Programme, Joyce puts her experience to good use by
helping others realise their aspirations of living, working and doing
business in the UK. Joyce is a registered adviser with the OISC.
Vesna T Collins
Vesna T Collins is an Accredited Senior
Immigration Consultant with more than 13 years of UK immigration law
experience covering family-related and business immigration. Vesna has
gained her broad immigration experience whilst working for solicitors
firms in central London.
Vesna is an OISC Level 3 advisor.
Her broad immigration expertise includes
Work Permits, HSMP, entry clearances, dependants, students, nurses,
Holiday makers, Domestic Workers and other applications under EEA/EU
law, Bulgarian/Romanian,Worker Registration Scheme, Bail applications,
Revocations of deportations order. She has won many successful appeals
for nationals from Japan, Korea, Malawi, South Africa, Serbia, Kosovo,
Jamaica, Angola, Nigeria, Latvia, Ukraine, Armenia, Lebanon, Iraq,
Mongolia, amongst others.Vesna also carried out complex immigration
work that required lodging applications to the High Court.
Vesna is a dual national (British-Serbian)
and also a qualified lawyer from Serbia and therefore has an in-depth
interest in Nationality and Citizenship issues.She is fluent in Serbo
Croat, speaks conversational French and German, is a member of ILPA,
BACEE, JCWI and is registered with the OISC
Sophia Barrett
Sophia is a qualified solicitor with 8
years experience in civil litigation and Immigration law matters.
Sophia has experience of preparing immigration appeals to the Asylum
and Immigration Tribunal and to the High Court.
Sophia is an OISC Level 3 advisor.
Sophia’s particular areas of interest are
preparing appeals against Entry Clearance Officers, drafting
representations to the Home Office on complex immigration matters
relating to Human Rights issues and advising EU nationals and their
family members in right to reside matters.
Steve Brown
Steve is a UK MBA graduate and business
advisor specialising in technology policy, regulatory affairs and
industrial and consumer market research. He has worked with numerous
corporate and governmental clients in Europe, USA and Japan.
Steve has a long track record in market
entry and inward investment into the UK, and can provide a valuable
sounding board for business owners looking to take their businesses
into the UK.
