Joyce Ong~Fairfoull
The London Link™ was founded in 2005 by
Joyce Ong, a Singaporean and UK MBA graduate specialising in general
and strategic management. After many successful years in marketing and
business development, working for blue chip firms Credit Suisse and
American Express in Asia and Europe, Joyce decided to follow her dream
of running her own business.Having migrated to the UK under the Highly
Skilled Migrant Programme, Joyce puts her experience to good use by
helping others realise their aspirations of living, working and doing
business in the UK. Joyce is a registered adviser with the OISC.
Valentina Euripides
Valentina is an OISC Level 3 advisor, with more than 6 years' experience practising immigration law, most recently with the Immigration Advisory Service. Her experience focuses on:
• Advising and assisting by way of written representations, with applications for FLR/ILR and variation of leave in most immigration categories, including spouses, dependant relative/child, long residency applications, Family Reunion applications as well as applications for EU nationals and their family members. Includes applications made outside the Rules, on human rights grounds.
• Since the introduction of the Points Based System, advising on applications under Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 4 of the PBS.
• Asylum: new asylum matters; fresh asylum claims; asylum appeals; legacy cases.
• Appeals: advising and assisting with lodging of appeals against refusals of extension or variation of leave and, refusal of entry clearance in all immigration categories; liaising with Entry Clearance Posts with regard to clients’ cases.
• Advising and assisting clients in detention.
• Nationality / Citizenship issues.
Valentina is conversant in Spanish and Greek and has assisted clients from the Spanish and Greek-speaking communities. She is on the Roll of Solicitors and is a current member of the Law Society.
Urvi Shah
Formerly a corporate lawyer and tax consultant from Gujarat, India, Urvi has been a qualified UK Solicitor and OISC registered immigration advisor since 2004. She is well versed with immigration matters concerning the Points Based System, settlement, entry clearance, Article 8 claims, ancestry, nationality and other family-based applications. She qualified as OISC level 3 caseworker in 2009.
She has also prepared grounds of appeal, witness statements, skeleton arguments, conducted case law research, and has regularly appeared and argued matters before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal.
Urvi speaks English, Hindi, Gujarati, Urdu and understands Punjabi. She is also an active member of ILPA and regularly attends their sub-committee meetings and consultations. .

As well as SW London, we do also service north London and the rest of the UK.
